Overview
About the project
Jellystone Park™ Zion is a family camp-resort in Hurricane, Utah, near St. George and Zion National Park. It offers cabins, RV sites, tent camping and seasonal stays, alongside the Yogi Bear™ Water Zone, themed weekends, rentals and season passes.
Computer CoPilot is rebuilding the park’s website around how families actually plan a visit — starting with the choice between a day at the Water Zone and an overnight stay, and guiding guests from there to the right booking.
The challenge
What needed to change
A camp-resort offers a lot at once — RV sites, cabins, tent camping, a water park, themed events, rentals, season passes and group packages. Families need to find the right way to visit quickly, especially on a phone.
Bookings, tickets and passes run on separate systems, so the website has to guide guests to the right one without making them start over.
The solution
What we built
A rebuilt website organized around the two ways guests visit — a day at the Water Zone or an overnight stay — with clear menus for everything else the park offers.
A guided "Let's Build Your Stay" planner collects the accommodation type, RV length, dates and guests, then hands off to live availability in the park's booking engine. Passes, tickets and gift cards route to the park's ticketing storefront.
What we delivered
Features and systems
-
Day-visit and overnight paths
The homepage splits immediately into Water Zone day visits and campground stays, each with its own booking action.
-
"Let's Build Your Stay" planner
A three-step planner — accommodation and RV details, dates, then guests — that ends with a hand-off to live availability in the park's booking engine.
-
Booking and ticketing hand-offs
Reservations route to the park's camping booking engine; day passes, season passes and gift cards route to its ticketing storefront.
-
Reorganized navigation and content
Ways to stay, things to do, groups, special offers and park information reorganized into clear menus, with seasonal event pages.
-
Content-managed media
Images and brand assets served through a content management back end so the park team can keep the site current.
-
Reviews, newsletter and app links
Guest reviews, newsletter sign-ups with spam protection, and links to the park's mobile apps.
